At Top level Systems we love when a customer comes to us with an old balcony that needs a total facelift because it always produces the most satisfying results.
For this project in the Scottish borders our customer wanted us to replace an old timber balcony which had been in place since the house was built with our galvanised steel mezzanine like structure. Top Level Systems laid the foundations for this project, designed and manufactured the balcony, installed the composite decking of the customers choice and finished it off with glass balustrade in a square post system.
Our customer was thrilled with the final result and was surprised by how solid the structure is compared to a timber balcony. The galvanised steel structure also provides a much longer lifespan than a timber structure.
